The TOMEI Kensei Stereo Power Amplifier sites between the JINRO Shochu and the ONGAKU Kensei, the circuit is the same but the components grade spans the gap between those two models. So the heart of the amplifier is a 211 valve used in a single ended circuit, with a valve rectified and choke smoothed power supply.
The main difference between it and its brothers is the audio transformers use copper primary windings with silver secondary windings, along with Tantalum resistors and Audio Note Foil in oil capacitors.
