The Audio Note Legend is a design concept from Audio Note and a true ultimate statement amplifier. These mono block amplifiers are custom designed and made to order, with Audio Note liaising with the customer on elements as fundamental as which output valve is preferred through to the final touches of the choice of finishes used on the chassis.
The elegant chassis has been designed by British industrial designer Simon Langham and it looks simply stunning in a way that is both elegant and timeless. The basic circuit topology contained within owes a lot to the Ongaku/Gaku-On philosophy but taken to even further extremes. Transformer coupling is used at every stage for an ultra purist design with just transformers and resistors in the signal path (and naturally those are some of the finest parts found anywhere). Each set are named after a famous pianist, no serial numbers are used.
