The AT-VM670SP is a dedicated cartridge for playback of 78 rpm records (only). It features a mono body which parallels the same signal to both sets of output connections so can be used with a stereo tonearm/system without the need for rewiring or a mono button for best performance and low surface noise.
The stylus has a large curvature radius of 3mil, suitable for playing 78 RPM records from a wide variety of eras, and is mounted on an aluminium cantilever.
The cartridge body is made from a low resonance polymer and the stylus has an inbuilt flip down stylus guard.
