This is a turntable we sold new originally and we've taken it back in in part exchanged to help a customer upgrade.
This is the original TT3, the top of the Edwards Audio range at the time and features a thick double plinth finished in high gloss black, chunky acrylic platter and aluminium sub platter - so a very well specified and excellent sounding turntable.
This deck is currently fitted with the superb Ortofon Quintet Black S MC cartridge - one of our favourites. We are unsure of the number of hours use it has had, but having inspected it the stylus looks to be in very good condition so we would expect it has plenty of life left in it (but the price we have listed this combination reflects the fact that it is a used consumable item, albeit one that still has a good trade in value against a new Ortofon MC cartridge when time comes to replace it).
If I remember correctly the turntable used to sell for £999 and the cartridge currently has an RRP of £875.
We don't have the original packaging so this is only available for click and collect. I would rate the condition as 8/10, the lid has some cleaning scratches on it, but that's really all that marks it down (the lid is a Rega item so a brand new one could be supplied for an additional cost if preferred). The original output RCA cables (which were a bit of a weak point sonically) are not included, so you will require a well screened RCA cable (we can supply a good basic one to get you up and running).
