The Evo CA Premium tonearm range takes the Evo CC range, featured above, even further. The Aluminium bearing housing is replaced by a heavier and more more rigid stainless steel one, the bearings are revised and the internal wiring is pure silver. Beneath the outer skin of the beautiful carbon fibre arm tube is an aluminium tube (hence the CA of the model name, ‘Carbon & Aluminium’), these dissimilar materials damp one another and improve rigidity with only a small weight penalty) as the carbon is reduced to being just one layer thick. They are available in 3 lengths and 2 finishes.
The arm base is still a Linn fitment, the VTA easily adjusted and the external cable exiting through the SME type 5 pin tonearm plug, allowing easy wiring upgrades.
