Talk Electronics Thunder 3 CD Player (Used Item)

We've just traded this Talk Electronics CD Player in. The Thunder 3 is a great sounding CD player, and was the top of the range model that they produced at the time. It combines what was the cutting edge technology Delta Sigma Crystal CS4390 DAC chip with a KSS213 Laser and oversized internal power supply (which at the time could be upgraded even further with external power supplies).

This is a one owner from new unit, and I sold it originally (yes that was quite a long time ago now!). There are some marks (scratches and scrapes) to the casework (predominately the lid and top edge of the fascia) and so I'd rate its cosmetic condition (with my usual pessimistic scoring) as 4 out of 10.

The remote control is included but there is no original packaging. 

Please note that there is no digital output, this was done by the designer to ensure the shortest and cleanest internal digital signal routing as possible,

This player still sounds very good and at the price we're selling it for its performance is very difficult to beat. Despite is age parts availability is still pretty good for these, so serviceability shouldn't be a problem for the foreseeable future and naturally we put a 6 month warranty on it from the date of purchase. It makes a cracking CD player for the price!
